i-Clickr Remote for PowerPoint App Reviews

Terrible app

Making a connection to your computer and a presentation is a huge time sink and often fails. Your audience will have walked out by the time you get it set up, if you can.

Horrible

While I do not work in a IT department I am very computer/app savvy. I spent 4 hrs trying to get this app connected with no luck. Worst $10 for nothing Ive ever spent. No customer service number to help you either. Buy some other program.

Works great

Tried the free Lite version and upgraded to the paid version. Works great especially with my apple watch.

GARBAGE GARBAGE

Ive never written a review, and am not a high-maintenance tech snob, but I did spend $10 on an app that doesnt work, bummed. Tried manual IP connection on multiple networks, same with ad-hoc wifi connection and qr code. App worked once for a minute and then lost connection. I am not associated with Hippo Remote, but I tried that after this and it works flawlessly. Boo zero stars for these guys

Awful App

Should have known better. Overpriced and horrible user experience. Do not buy!

Works well on Windows 10 - Microsoft Surface

I tried five different apps before I gave this one a shot. It works on my Microsoft Surface 3 with Windows 10. It pairs up with a simple QR code (the square bar code). I can see my notes and also the screen. Thank you for creating this helpful app!

Good App

This is a very useful app that has revolutionized how I do professional presentations. Although it may take a bit to get it set up and connected to my computer (I found the I-Clikr virtual network works best), once you do you can operate a PowerPoint presentation on the computer entirely from you iPad or phone: advance slides, see notes, even annotate or highlight a slide on the screen, and more. Many valuable features that I feel are wheel worth the price. I recommend giving it a try and a little patience, but in the end it works great.

Doesnt work

I tried to use this app as a remote to advance slides on a PowerPoint on my Mac laptop and it only lets me open keynote presentations...that support is built into apple software so this app was a waste of money.
